ID4FEED in the French Professional magazine “La Revue de l’Alimentation Animale”
La Revue de l’Alimentation Animale is the leading French magazine for the feed industry.
This article was written after the seminar organized by Altilis, ID4FEED partner, last 10th of September in Rennes (France). For this event, ID4FEED invited its academic scientific collaborator Marie-Geneviève Dijoux-Franca, director of the Center for the Study of Natural Substances (CESN) in the Laboratory of Microbial Ecology (LEM), UMR 5557 of CNRS and University Claude Bernard-Lyon 1. In this article, she presents the environmental factors favoring the emergence of antimicrobial resistance and its dissemination, as well as the interest of natural substances in the reversion of antibiotic resistance. The reversion of antibiotic resistance is one of the key research project of ID4FEED for the years to come.
